Even if you eat outside somewhere, do not go to any fast food place, simply go to a normal restaurant and order a meal that is high on fiber having vegetables in it. When you consume a diet high on fruits and veggies that mean you are getting a good supply of fiber that helps in pushing out the waste material thoroughly from your colon. Also, when you are on a colon cleansing, you should also undergo a colon cleansing treatment to get things more effective.
If you consume alcohol too then I would suggest you leave it for a while and start drinking a lot of fruit juices along with substituting tea or coffee with green tea. This would provide you lots of antioxidants that would aid to your colon’s good health as well. Once you have a cleansed colon, your overall health would benefit from it.
